Static PassBox is a device commonly used in cleanrooms to transfer items between two rooms with the same cleanliness classification without repeatedly opening doors. Static PassBox is equipped with safety electrical interlock, operates on a 12 V power supply and includes safety RCBO for user safety protection. Static PassBox is available in various sizes and can be customized upon request. The standard material thickness is 1.2 mm. Available materials include SS304, CSP, SS430 or SS201. Static PassBox includes a UV lamp and timer to control UV exposure time. The standard UV lamp power is 15/25W. The unit has robust double tempered-glass panels. Options: LED light automatically switches on/off with door movement.
